Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Kinders' World platform ("Platform"), operated by Kinders' World, based in Germany. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Kinders' World is a community marketplace that enables private individuals ("Sellers") to list and sell second-hand children's items to other users ("Buyers"). Kinders' World acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between Sellers and Buyers.

All listings are reviewed and approved by our team before becoming publicly visible. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing content provided by Sellers.

To use the Platform's full features, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Sellers may only list items that are:

• Second-hand or new children's items (clothing, toys, furniture, gear, etc.)
• Legal to sell under applicable law
• Accurately described with truthful photos
• Free from safety recalls or known hazards (unless disclosed)

Prohibited items include recalled products, counterfeit goods, items with missing safety components, and any items not related to children. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.

All transactions, including payment, handover, and any disputes, are solely between the Buyer and Seller. Kinders' World does not process payments, does not hold funds, and is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.

Users are encouraged to meet in safe public locations when arranging pick-up.

As a platform for private transactions between individuals, Kinders' World does not offer or facilitate returns or refunds. Any return or refund arrangements are strictly between the Buyer and Seller. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or obligations
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Platform content

All content, logos, and design elements on the Platform are the intellectual property of Kinders' World unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.

By uploading photos or content to the Platform, you grant Kinders' World a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating your listing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinders' World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss arising from transactions between users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
